SWARTZBERG
Ryan Swartzberg is a native of Atlanta, Georgia, and has been passionate about real estate for as long as he can remember. He began his real estate career in 2015, and by 2018, Ryan was a top commercial producer. Throughout his career, he has sold hundreds of millions of dollars in commercial real estate. Ryan has negotiated and closed various commercial transactions, specializing in the industrial and flex-space markets.
He represents landlords, tenants, buyers, and sellers. Depending on the day, Ryan might work with a large national company, a small business, or an individual. However, regardless of the client’s size or type, he is dedicated to delivering exceptional service and results.
In addition to closing deals and expanding his client network, Ryan enjoys mentoring new commercial agents. This passion inspired him to launch his firm, Swartz Co Commercial Real Estate, in 2022. As a broker, Ryan is excited to continue closing commercial transactions and growing his firm.

Judd Swartzberg, a native Atlantan, has deep roots in the vibrant city of Atlanta, Georgia. Driven by a deep appreciation for commercial real estate and a knack for strategic problem-solving, Judd launched his career in commercial real estate by earning his license in 2021. He joined Swartz Co Commercial Real Estate, where he honed his skills and built a strong foundation in the industry. Judd stepped into the role of Commercial Associate and later advanced to Senior Associate.
Specializing in the greater Atlanta industrial market, Judd has developed a proven track record of success representing tenants and landlords in leasing transactions, as well as buyers and sellers in property sales, with a particular focus and notable success in off-market investment sales. ALLEN
Lindsay Allen is a certified language interpreter and real estate agent passionate about serving the Hispanic community. She was born in Costa Rica, raised in Miami, Florida, and has lived in Georgia since 2012. She is also a proud mother of three children.
Lindsay began her professional career as an interpreter at DFACS in Dekalb County, assisting Hispanic families in obtaining resources and necessities for their well-being. She then ventured into medical interpretation and transportation. Lindsay developed a keen interest in working with people and solving complex issues related to medical malpractice and the injustices faced by the poor and immigrant populations locally and abroad. She decided to pursue her real estate license to enhance her knowledge and skills in the real estate industry.
Lindsay has held various positions in the real estate field over the years, such as the Vice President of Business Development with Inclusive Funder, as a real estate agent, investor, and developer. She is excited to be part of Swartz Co Commercial Real Estate, where she plans to continue to grow and excel.

Brown
Kenneth Brown is a Commercial Associate Broker at Swartz Co, focusing on commercial real estate solutions for various clients, including business owners, investors, and developers. He moved from Chicago to Buckhead, Atlanta, where he uses his market knowledge and industry expertise to help clients make informed real estate choices.
Since earning his real estate broker’s license in 2019, Kenneth has developed a solid reputation for his negotiation skills and market analysis, along with a client-focused approach. His background in hospitality management from Kendall College in Chicago gives him a different perspective on service and customer satisfaction, important for providing good real estate experiences.

GOWER
Dan Gower has over a decade of experience in real estate finance, distressed debt and real property acquisitions, dispositions, and asset management. Dan is a co-founder and vice president of distressed debt and real estate firm, Edgefield Holdings, LLC, which manages over $950MM in assets.
Prior to Edgefield, Dan was a Senior Director in the Turnaround and Restructuring group at Ankura Consulting Group, where he advised investors, lenders, and various companies, as well as provided forensic investigation services for law firms throughout the US.
Dan has also extensive experience in underwriting recourse commercial loans and commercial mortgage-backed securities of all asset types and classes including multifamily, hospitality, office, retail, mixed-use, and self-storage. Dan received a dual-major B.B.A from the University of Georgia in both banking and finance and international business. In his free time, he enjoys competing in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu tournaments.
